The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new 9-seater (8+1) car (microbus) for the transport of disabled people, including two seats adapted to transport people in wheelchairs (year of production 2025).2. The vehicle must have a certificate of approval as a car passenger car intended for the transport of disabled people and disabled people in wheelchairs (certificates must be delivered with the car), issued by a statutorily authorized body and must meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. regarding conditions technical specifications of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), as well as the conditions provided for in the provisions of Community law of the European Union for passenger cars.3. The delivered car must have a complete set of documents for registration in accordance with the regulations applicable in Poland, on the principles of admission to traffic, i.e.: 1) sales invoice, 2) vehicle card, 3) approval certificate, 4) EC certificate of conformity3.
