The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new 9-seater (8+1) car (minibus) for the transport of disabled people, including two seats adapted to transport people in wheelchairs (year of production 2025 or 2026).2. The vehicle must have an approval certificate as a passenger car intended for the transport of disabled people and disabled people in wheelchairs (certificates must be provided with the car), issued by a statutorily authorized body and must meet the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. regarding technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) as well as the conditions provided for in the provisions of Community law of the European Union for passenger cars.3. The delivered car should have a complete set of documents for registration in accordance with regulations in force in Poland, on the basis of admission to traffic, i.e.: 1) sales invoice, 2) vehicle card, 3) approval certificate, 4) EC certificate of conformity3.
