Type of order: Delivery
Short description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase of office supplies. A) The goods should be delivered to the ordering magazine located in Dęblin Garnizon-Airport; (b) Detailed delivery times will be determined between the Contractor and the person in the part of the Employer for the receipt of deliveries (warehouse) in contacts working - at least two days before the planned delivery, and the ordering of the exact assortment of each delivery will take place up to 5 days after signing the contract (by phone and faxowo / electronically). (c) the Employer also reserves that the calendars, aerial schedules on 2022 in A5 format and desk formats with a desk calendar for 2022 will be delivered to the Ordering Party together with a one-time invoice (one delivery) after printing, by 03.12.2021 at the latest by 03.12.2021 RD) Supplies of office supplies to a place indicated above should be made on the day of the Employer's work, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 800-1400E), quantitative and qualitative reception provided each time the office materials will be made at the place of their supplies
