- Purchase Oracle PaasThe Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 and 8 of the Act.
The contractor is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of PLN 30,000.00PLN 0 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100). The requirements for the bid bond are described
in chapter 7 SWZ.
Before signing the contract, the contractor is obliged to provide a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the offer for the performance of the contract. RequiredThe terms and conditions related to securing the proper performance of the contract are described in chapter 16 of the SWZ.
