Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of ovit equipment to the extent described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4.2 The order of the contract includes:
a) The subject of the contract also includes transport, assembly and launch.
b) in detail the description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to SWZ - supply specification.
c) The Employer informs that every equipment offered, as well as related software must be brand new.
d) the equipment supplied, as well as the software and accompanying elements that are the subject of the contract must be in line with applicable standards and have Required approvals, certificates, technical approvals, declarations of compliance of built -in materials, safety certificates, approval, licenses, etc.
d) the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party in one copy no later than on the day of notification by A performer of readiness to be picked up.
The contractor will submit these documents at the delivery stage with the equipment. In the case of delivery of the equipment, which will not meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, the contracting authority will consider that the equipment has not been delivered.
