Description:
1. The subject of the order is: delivery of paper towels and toilet paper, whose type, quantity and conditions of delivery are specified in Annex 1.1 to SWZ (price form) and in Annex 2 to SWZ (contract template) (hereinafter "the subject of the contract"). 2. Treatment of contract terms (SWZ) Along with the attachments, it was published in the tab called "Annexes". 3. The applicant provides during the implementation of the order the possibility of using the options. Essential provisions regarding the conditions for launching the options' right were specified in § 1 of the contract template. 4. The contracting authority informs that The procedure is conducted in the following stages: a) and stage - submitting offers, b) II stage - electronic auction - the biddation will start automatically after the completion of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and extra time - the second stage of the second stage, whose conditions are accurately described in the settings of the procedure at the platform. Each extra time lasts 3 minutes - it starts if the next offer is correctly submitted in the last 3 minutes of proceedings (proceeding). 5.
