• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of parts to combat vehicles: HMMWV, BWP, who Rosomak, M-ATV of the fire protection system, M-ATV, MRAP
  2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are listed in the attachment to the specification of the terms of the contract, which the Employer will transfer to the invited to submitoffers to contractors who meet the conditions set out in the advertisement.
  3. The contracting authority provides for the exercise of the right of options for parts from 1 to 14. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of increasing the supply under the right of options in the form of increasing the amount of the basic order under the amount of assortmentprovided in the attachment to SWZ. The contracting authority may not use the right option or use in part. The order carried out under the option is the unilateral right of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority's failure to use the right of the options does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractorto the contracting authority. The contract covered by the Contractor will be obliged to perform after receiving the notification from the contracting authority that he intends to use the right option. The rules regarding the implementation of the order covered by the law will be the same as those that apply when the contract is processedbasic. The Employer also reserves that the prices covered by the option will be in line with the prices included in the contract. Additional details related to the right of the options are contained in the planned provisions of the contract constituting an attachment to SWZ.
