- 1. The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of a factory new passenger car produced in 2025.2. The purchase of the vehicle will take place in the form of operational leasing from the option of buying a vehicle by the ordering. 3. Place of delivery and handing over the car: ul. Pocztowa 7, 89-500 Tuchola. 4. A detailed description the subject of the lease specifying the minimum technical requirements of a passenger car is included in the technical specification constituting the assignment No. 4 to this SWZ. 5. Leasing conditions are specified in the relevant provisions of the statement agreement. Reflection of the delivered item Working occurs in the form of a protocou, after prior confirmation of its compliance with the terms of the polish. 7. On the day of delivery of the subject of the Claw, the Contractor is obliged to have the appropriate documentation regarding the vehicle, i.e.::) technical documentation in the Polish lifetime of a complete vehicle, 2) guarantee and service book in Polish, 3) minimum two sets of Kluczew and all documents necessary to use the vehicle. 8. As part of the reception, a PRBNA ride on a section of 5 km in places will be carried out Tuchola.
