- 1. The subject of the order must meet the minimum requirements listed below: 1) In the case of a factory-built car adapted to transport disabled persons: A brand-new, unused vehicle, from production not older than 2025, of full value, complete, free from defects, including defects construction, material, workmanship and legal requirements, and also meeting the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including those resulting from the Road Traffic Law and implementing regulations, 2) In the case of a registered vehicle for the purposes of making design changes and UDT tests: After the bodywork, the vehicle must have an approval certificate confirming that the vehicle is adapted to transport disabled people or a factory approval of the base car and tests at a diagnostic station confirming that after adaptation it is a vehicle adapted to transport disabled persons in accordance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Law.
