Subject of the order The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new C-segment passenger car, adapted for right-hand traffic, with the following technical parameters: body type: SUV (off-road/recreational), 5-door, number of seats: 5, drive system: combustion petrol, type transmission: automatic (AT), drive type: four-wheel drive (AWD), paint type and body color: metalized or pearl. 3. General requirements for the vehicle The vehicle must be brand new. Year of production no earlier than 2025, model year 2025 or 2026. The vehicle must not have been previously registered or wykorzystywany do jazd testowych, demonstracyjnych lub szkoleniowo-sportowych. The vehicle must have a current M1 type approval, issued in accordance with applicable European Union regulations. The vehicle must have a safety rating of at least 5 stars in the Euro NCAP tests (test performed not earlier than 2021). The vehicle must be equipped with winter tires upon delivery. 4.
