- The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new 9-seater passenger car, adapted to the needs of disabled people, co-financed from PFRON funds, as part of the task entitled: Purchase of a passenger car for the transport of people in wheelchairs in the Niemcza Commune. The car must meet the requirements specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, consolidated text) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502). i.e. The offered car it must be brand new, produced no earlier than in 2024, unused, not for exhibition or used for shows and presentations, the Contractor must have legal title to it for sale, it must be free from physical and legal defects, free from third party rights, it cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be covered by a minimum 24-month general warranty (the general warranty period is also one of the offer evaluation criteria), as well as a warranty for the paint coating and a warranty for drill...
