Description:
1) The subject of the order is divided into two parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages:
- Package No. 1 - delivery of 70 C-segment passenger vehicles,
- Package No. 2 - delivery of passenger cars from segment D in the amount of 90 units and segment C in the amount of 60 units.
2) Detailed description of the subject the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ.
101 section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the equivalent requirements requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order.
4) The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to Subcontractors and that the Contractor provide the companies of the Subcontractors, if they are already known.
5) Name and code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: code: 34110000-1 Passenger cars.
6) The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence with the offer.
7) Place of execution of the subject of the order: Konstancin Jeziorna ul. Warszawska 165, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna.
