PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o. o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the procedure. By joining the procedure, the offeror accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes transportation costs.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 10 days from completion of the proceedings. 3. Delivery required to Sekcja Drogowa Wola Baranowska Knapy 190, 39-451 BaranowSandomierski at 7:30-14:00.4. Required payment term is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods.5. The required quality documents and warranty conditions for the subject of the procedure should be specified in the offer.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason.7. By submitting an offer, you accept the detailed terms and conditions of the order specified in the order template constituting Annex No. 1 to the procedure. 8. The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with confirmation of receipt request electronically to the e-mail address: a.torzewska@pkp-lhs.pl within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the request. The lack of confirmation does not affect the obligation to fulfill the request. 9. The Seller is obliged to send confirmation of the application with the reference numbers generated in the SENT system, on the PUESC platform - Electronic Services Platform of the Customs Service, if the delivery is subject to the road transport of goods monitoring system (Act of March 9, 2017 on the system for monitoring the road and rail transport of goods and trade fuel...
