Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Type of order: delivery., 2. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a license package of software for editing PDF files for 300 users for a period of 12 months., 3. Name of the software: Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps application package or equivalent to pa detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ., 4. The Ordering Party requires a 12-month software license for educational institutions., 5. Required compatibility: - Compatibility with the Windows operating system; - Polish language of the user interface., 6. Order execution is taking placewith due care and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ with annexes and any Information for Contractors. At the stage of order execution, the contractor performs the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 7. The offer for a given task must be clear and comprehensive, i.e.j. covered the entire scope of the subject of the order specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
