Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of sports and recreational services by providing personal cards (hereinafter referred to as cards) entitling to use sports and recreational activities to users of these cards, in sports facilities.
2. Card users over 15 years of age should be unlimited Access to at least:
2.1.250 sports facilities located in the city of Krakow (including access to a minimum of 1 gym in the city of Krakow open 24 hours a day)
2.2.350 sports facilities in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (excluding sports facilities in the city Krakow) In this min. 40 objects with swimming pools.
2.3.4000 sports facilities in Poland (excluding sports facilities in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship together with the city of Krakow).
3. Card users under the age of 15 should have unlimited access to at least:
3.1. on the city of the city Krakow - 100 sports facilities
40 with pools.
3.3na of Poland (excluding sports facilities in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship) - 1,500 facilities sports
