- Description:
- The subject of this order is the purchase of personal protective equipment, immobilization equipment and medical equipment for a neonatal ambulance. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular not used as an item used for demonstration purposes, and is of good quality. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). Labeling of delivered materials, instructions for use and product descriptions must be prepared in Polish. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the ToR. Contractor obliged is to submit an offer for the entire given part(s) selected by you, including all items of a given part. All requirements specified in the order documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned there will be minimum requirements result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
