- 1. The subject of the proceedings is: purchase and delivery of a brand new 4x4 car, 4-door pick-up type, adapted to transport 5 people including the driver, with the ability to open 4 doors independently. The detailed subject of the order is described in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting an annex to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order to the Ordering Party at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on days from Monday to Friday, after prior notification by telephone or e-mail no later than one day before the implementation of the subject matter of the contract.3. The item of delivery must be brand new, with documentation allowing for registration, unused, free from defects and complete, i.e. with all accessories, wires and cables necessary for their use. The equipment offered must be ready for use without additional purchases. It must come from official sources manufacturer's distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights.
