Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 29 portable computers, in accordance with the technical conditions indicated in the assortment and price form, constituting an attachment to SWZ.2. The delivered subject of the order should be brand new, complete, meeting the requirements of applicable regulations, free from any physical defects, as well as from any legal defects and claims of third parties, and ready for use as intended.3. If the description of the subject of the order includes an indication of trademarks or origin, the Ordering Party informs that this provision is only a definition of the minimum parameters and constitutes an indication for the Contractor what features the materials or devices used to implement the subject of the order should have. The Ordering Party allows the order to be completed by using equivalent materials or devices. The contractor who offers materials or equivalent devices is obliged to do so demonstrates in the offer that they meet the requirements of the Ordering Party.4.
