Description:
1. Purchase of Crucial X9 4TB SSD and Seagate Expansion 24TB HDD portable storage drives,2. A detailed description of the configuration of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 1.3. Authorized contact person: Bogdan Kościelny, tel. 478212275 during business hours 9:00-13:00, e-mail: bogdan.koscielny@rz.policja.gov.pl,4. The selection criterion is the gross price, the percentage weight of which is 100%,5. The condition for participation in the procedure is to accept the description of the subject of the order contained in Annex 1 and sign it agreement, Annex No. 2.6. After announcing the outcome of the proceedings, the Contractor will confirm the execution of the order within 1 business day by sending an e-mail to the following address: bogdan.koscielny@rz.policja.gov.pl, in the absence of confirmation of execution in specified date, the Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the execution of the order without the possibility of pursuing claims on the part of the Contractor,7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure or, in the event of its completion, not to selecting the Contractor in the event of lack of financial resources for its implementation without the right to make claims on the part of those submitting the offer.
