Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new power generators as part of the task: Purchase of equipment to secure the basic needs of the population and support logistics, evacuation and rescue activities in crisis situations.2. As part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to: deliveries of: a) 63 kW generator 1 piece b) 36 kW generator 5 pieces c) 26 kW generator 1 piece d) 17 kW generator 4 pieces) single-phase 5.0 kW generator 6 pieces f) three-phase generator 5.0 kW 3 pieces3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, for the requirements regarding the execution of the order, Appendix No. 4 to SWZ Draft contract. 4. Equivalence clause: 1) The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, allows for equivalent solutions for supplies, works, materials and systems that meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents.
