The subject of the order is the purchase, transport, assembly and service of two power generators with trailers for the main building of the Braszczyk commune office as part of the Cybersafe local government project.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, scope deliveries and works, as well as a description of the Ordering Party's requirements in relation to the implementation of the subject of the order, are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).4. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be brand new, complete and free from defects construction, materials and quality, ready for use without the need to make any additional purchases or investments (with all accessories necessary for use), comes from production in 2025, has no traces of use, meets the requirements of applicable standards and legal provisions, manufactured in the EU, and not subject to the rights of third parties.
