Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of power generators as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program, as part of the task: Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies of basic services for the Jelenia Commune and Logistics security and ensuring the continuity of drinking water supplies for the Jelenia Commune, meeting the quality parameters specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.4.1 The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the seat of the Commune Office in Jelenia at his own expense and responsibility. 4.2 The Contractor must notify the Ordering Party about the date of receipt of the delivery at least 3 days before the date of receipt of the units. 4.3 Individual delivery items must be products of appropriate quality, complete, free from material, construction and legal defects. 4.4 The ordering party requires training for 5 employees selected by the ordering party in the scope of ongoing service aggregates.4.5 The Contractor will guarantee free service throughout the warranty period, in the quantity and scope consistent with the requirements of...
