- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. Parts of the order: 1. Purchase of 40 KW generators, 2 pcs. Purchase of 30 KW generators, 3 pcs. Purchase of 7-8 KW units, 12 pcs. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3. If the description of the subject of the order would indicate the Ordering Party's trademarks, patents or origin in relation to certain materials and devices, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 of the Act allows for the submission of equivalent products. All products from specific manufacturers specify minimum parameters qualitative and functional characteristics that the goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitutes only a quality standard of the subject of the order. By recording the minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of the goods contained in generally available sources, catalogues, manufacturers' websites.
