Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of power generators under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, hereinafter referred to as the order or the subject of the order. 2. Part I concerns the delivery and commissioning of two power generators with a rated power of 35 kW in order to ensure continuity of electricity supply in the event of interruptions at the following facilities: 1) the seat of the Municipal Office in Borek Wlkp., Rynek 1, 63-810 Borek Wlkp. 2) the seat of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Zimnowoda, Zimnowoda 7, 63-810 Borek Wlkp. 3. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order at its own expense and risk, as well as to unload and put it into operation at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. The delivered item of the order: 1) is brand new, 2) is unused, 3) is complete, whole, ready for use in accordance with its intended use, 4) is free from physical and legal defects (third parties have no rights to it, is not the subject of any proceedings or security), 5) is not a prototype, 6) was not produced before 2025. 5.
