Description:
Subject: Purchase of a power generator with a power of up to 10 kW - 2 pcs. Common Vocabulary Order: 31120000-3 - Generators Description: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery, together with transport and unloading, of power generators as part of the subsidy provided by the Voivode to finance the local government unit's own tasks territorial in the field of population protection and civil defense. Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ describes in detail the subject of the order and contains the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party that must be met by the contractor in order to submit evidence that the offered deliveries are met by the Contractor. The device that is the subject of the order must be brand new (year of production 2025), undamaged, unused, with warranty cards, free from third party rights, with current certificates confirming compliance with Polish Standards and safety certificates (The device must have a CE declaration of conformity, approvals, certificates suitable for this type of devices. The device must have an operating manual in Polish (or a translation of the manual into Polish).
