Description:
MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for a contract for the purchase of a powered floor washer, operated on foot by an operator. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to of this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one PDF file. Before participating in the on-site visit, the tenderer is obliged to to sign a confidentiality agreement (Annex No. 6). The signed scan of the agreement should be placed on the purchasing platform in the Questions/Information section, while 2 copies of the agreement, signed by hand, should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The Company's purchasing platform is assumed as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, declarations, applications, notifications and other information are provided by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via the Company's purchasing platform.
