• Purchase of the Print service for ARiMR Regional Branches for a period of 47 months 1. The subject of the order is the provision of the Equipment rental service together with the Service by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party". Printing using a central printing system, under the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. warranty). 2. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to: 2.1. deliver the Devices, at your own expense and risk, to the Ordering Party's individual Locations, in accordance with Annex No. 1b to the Contract Agreement. and their installation and configuration in individual Locations, each time confirmed by the Device Acceptance Protocol, the template of which is attached as Annex No. 2 to the Labor Code, 2.2. ongoing monitoring of the consumption of consumables (i.e. materials and spare parts periodically worn out due to excluding paper, and necessary for the proper functioning of the Devices and to ensure their continuous and correct operation) via remote access to the Devices referred to in § 3 section 4 p.p.u. and their successive delivery and replacement to the target ensuring constant, uninterrupted operation of all Devices and collection of used materials from the Location on an ongoing basis at its own expense and their disposal in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
