Description:
The subject of the order is to provide the Ordering Party with a Warranty Service for IT devices BIG-IP i5800, performing load balancing functions - 2 pcs. with serial numbers f5-gavh-atxe and f5-csos-vjie, functioning together with the Software operating in the cluster, which the Ordering Party will acquirebased on a separate agreement for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Agreement, but not earlier than from March 21, 2022; the Contractor's provision of the Support Service to the Ordering Party (i.e. 300 hours of technical consultations on problems related to IT Equipment and Software) prfor a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Agreement, but not earlier than from March 21, 2023, in accordance with the terms of the PPU, including the transfer to the Ordering Party of proprietary copyrights to the results of activities performed by the Contractor as part of the Support Service.
