• Description:
• A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the contract - assortment and price form/opz, on the terms specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contractor undertakes as part of the subject of the order (among others) to: 1) Delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at your own expense and with your own efforts 2) Providing the Ordering Party with detailed operating instructions and rules for maintaining the equipment and cards in Polish warranty, 3) Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of service and operation at the Ordering Party's headquarters, in the number indicated by the Ordering Party after agreeing the date with the Ordering Party, before signing the final acceptance report 4) Execution v warranty period: warranty service and periodic inspections (in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's guidelines in this regard), without any separate fees 5) Provisions in the contract on not causing significant damage to the environment 6) Other requirements described detailed in the annexes to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. IN In such a case, the Contractor attaches a list of equivalent solutions to the offer. a) The Ordering Party reserves that wherever the content of the documentation constituting the description of the subject of the order indicates trademarks, patents...
