Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the renewal of the technical support service to the Commvault Backup and Recovery CV-BR-FT software.
2. The service of technical support includes
A. the ordering party to the manufacturer's technical support portal;
b. Outpatient of service reports related to software in the form electronic in the 24/7/365 system;
C. Developing technical problems by the Contractor in Polish in the 24/7/365 system in a telephone or email form for applications with a level of validity 1 or 2;
D. The contractor's exploitation of technical problems in Polish on business days, in form telephone or by e -mail, for applications with a level of validity 3 or 4;
E. updates/amendments and new versions of the software, the Contractor will give the Employer all necessary passwords/access codes to the abovementioned updates/amendments and newer versions;
f software version, in electronic form in a way that allows the contracting authority to make such documentation, its printout, fixation and the use of the Ordering Party in the current activity;
G.dzalie for internet forums, instructional films and knowledge bases made available by the software manufacturer;
