Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive, certified by the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection (hereinafter referred to as CNBOP), intended for the Volunteer Fire Department in Strzegocin.2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: 1) Description of the Subject Orders, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) Draft contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order are the minimum parameters required by the Ordering Party. The ordering party allows a vehicle with parameters better than those required, provided that all minimum parameters are met indicated by the Ordering Party will be met. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered vehicle be adapted for right-hand traffic (driver on the left side), free from physical and legal defects, including third party claims and court bailiff seizures. The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for any legal defects of the subject of the order, including any claims of third parties resulting from infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, including patents, trademark protection rights and rights from registration of utility models and ...
