Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of rescue kits and medical materials. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. List of parts that are the subject of the order: Part 1. Pneumothorax and intraosseous decompression needles, Part 2. Isothermal blankets, Part 3. Collarsorthopedic equipment, Part 4. Nasal dressings, Part 5. Hemostatic dressings, Part 6. Vent dressings, Part 7. Delivery packages, Part 8. Containers and bags for medical waste, Part 9. Tourniquets (automatic, disposable, tactical), Part 10. Vomit bags, Part 11. Drainage kits,Part 12. Medical triage kits, Part 13. Kits for amputated limbs. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it was not used as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good qualityyou. It has also not been previously reconditioned.
The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended). The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance withi.e. with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the SWZ. All requirements specified in the order documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory.
