- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 40 pieces of respirators meeting the requirements of the PN:EN 60601-2-4 standard and 10 defibrillators meeting the requirements of the PN:EN 794-3+A2 standard for the needs of Emergency Medical Teams.
2. Offered subject of the order in the scope of part 1 - delivery of 40 respirators:
1) must be compliant with the PN EN 794-3+A2 standard or equivalent;
2) it must be unused, not demonstrative, complete and ready for use and have the equipment and parameters indicated in Part III of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
3. The offered subject of the order in the scope of part 2 - delivery 10 defibrillators:
1) must comply with the PN EN 60601-2-4 standard or equivalent;
2) it must be unused, not demonstrative, complete and ready for use and have the equipment and parameters indicated in Part III of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
