Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of respirators for the needs of the Intensive Care and Anesthesiology department - 4 pcs.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required parameters has been specified in Annex 2 - technical and functional parameters.
3. Code specifying the order According to the CPV order dictionary-33190000-8, 33157400-9, 44611200-8.
4. The contractor's duties will include:
1) ensuring, at its own expense and risk, transport of medical apparatus to the headquarters of the Ordering Party as well as unloading and internal transport to the place indicated by the Employer;
2) connection, configuring and launching the medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract;
3) providing a complete, factory -new, non -re -factory medical apparatus, manufactured in 2025;
4) Taking up at your own expense and utilization of packaging after a supplied assortment.
