- The subject of the order is the purchase of respirators and compatible peripheral devices along with maintenance services for the Provincial Ambulance Station in Bydgoszcz. The delivered item should be new, i.e. not used for exhibition purposes and not refurbished. The offered subject of the order must have the CE marking, comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the specification of terms of the order and with the legal provisions in force in Poland, have the required declarations of conformity, approvals, certificates, registration certificates, certificates of admission to marketing and use in Polish health care facilities based on applicable legal provisions in this area.
If the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order indicated trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters. If the description of the subject of the contract includes references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described.
