- The subject of the order is the successive delivery of road salt for winter maintenance of roads to Ostrockie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodocigw i Kanyzacji Sp. z o. o. in the amount of 600 tons. The ordering party guarantees the execution of the order in the amount of 200 tons of road salt. If such a situation occurs, the Contractor will not is entitled to a claim for payment for the unfulfilled part of the order. In justified cases, in particular in the event of extraordinary winter conditions, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of increasing the amount of ordered road salt by a maximum of 20% in relation to the amount specified in contract.
