• Description:
• The subject of the order is the purchase of a robotic surgery system with equipment and the reconstruction of the operating room for the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center.
  The subject of the order includes in particular:
  - purchase, delivery, unloading, bringing in,
  - installation of the device and commissioning in the location indicated by the Ordering Party place,
  -provision of warranty/service services,
  - performance of adaptation works within the time specified for the execution of the order,
  - preparation of as-built documentation;
  - training in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ.
  Information included in the questions and answers in the proceedings: IZP.2411.156.2025.AM, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, should be taken into account when preparing and submitting the offer.
