- 4.1 The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new wheeled excavator with additional equipment, i.e. 1500 mm tilting revenue bucket, 900 mm mound bucket, trapezoidal bucket, 300 mm mound bucket, aura bucket, gauze mulcher, forks for unloading pallets. 4.2 Subject of the order, i.e. wheeled excavator swivel1) no it should be older than 2025; 2) Engine power in the range of 75-85kW, 3) Drive on both axles 4x44) Hydraulic braking system; 4.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1a to SWZ. 4.4 The contractor is responsible for any deficiencies and defects in the subject of the order. 4.5 Ordering Party requires that the price offered by the Contractor consists of delivery and training of designated employees on the date and hours agreed with the Ordering Party.4.6 The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at its own cost and risk to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.4.6 Place of delivery: registered office Commune Office in Konopiska, ul.
