- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a school bus for the needs of students of the Jaktorow commune.
2. A schoolbus, which is the subject of this contract, must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024.item 1251) and all the conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contractIt contains a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - Annex 3 to SWZ and draft contract - Annex 4 to SWZ.equivalent. worse than those required by the Employer.
