Description:
The subject of the fall is the purchase and delivery of a factory new school bus together with the equipment. 4.2 The detailed description of the subject of the fall is specified in the beginning 8 to SWZ 4.3 The factual range of the fall includes in the signs: 1) the delivery of the vehicle presented in the contractor's offer, constituting the integrine part of the contract and in accordance with the criteria and technical parameters presented in the description of the subject of the Claw, constituting the intercourse to the contract and SWZ.2) transfer to the ordering complete documentation of the vehicle and equipment, including: sliding instructions, certificates, technical approvals, declarations of compliance with appropriate standards, documents specifying the rules for showing the service in the warranty period (warranty cards) and all other documents allowing the ordering of the provided object of the installed and registration of the vehicle. 3) The contractor is obliged to prepare and place the agreed logos.
