1 Purchase and delivery of a factory new school bus, later called SWZ by bus, vehicle or subject requirements specified in the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law and in executive provisions issued on the basis of this Act. The vehicle must: brand new, not not, complete, free from structural, material, executive and legal defects, Adapted for the transport of non -firm OSB, including persons/OSB on disability, efficient, it must correspond to the applicable quality and technical standards and cannot be burdened with any rights in favor of third -country osb.1.3.
