Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new self-propelled backhoe loader with a wheeled chassis. A multi-purpose machine designed to perform earthworks, linear excavations, loading and transport of bulk materials as well as road, municipal and construction works. The machine should be equipped with equipment enabling operation as both an excavator and a loader, with the ability to move on public roads. The backhoe loader must be brand new, complete, free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects, ready for use, meeting safety and emission standards EU, meeting the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). The wheeled backhoe loader technically adapted to travel on public roads will have appropriate lighting, direction indicators, a warning triangle, a seatbelt safety, warning lamps placed on the roof of the machine, speedometer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, declaration of conformity. All main components of the drive system manufactured by one manufacturer (engine, gearbox, axles). Delivery to Zamaw.
