Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of server and desktop licenses for the maintenance of IT platforms as part of the expansion of the Regional Spatial Information System of the Łodź Voivodeship.
Task 1 - license service and technical support until December 31, 2027,
Task 2 update ESRI software components along with environmental data migration,
Task 3 - analytical and programming services in the amount of 50 settlement units, with the possibility of increasing this amount by an additional 100 units as part of the Ordering Party's exercise of the option right, in total a maximum of the Ordering Party under this agreement, it may use 150 settlement units of analytical and programming services.
The exercise of the Option Right will take place after securing financial resources in the Budget or the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the Ordering Party.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) was specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
