Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 servers with software and 2 mass storage arrays for the needs of the District Office in Zgierz. 2. Devices must be brand new, unused, without traces of use, without any physical or legal defects and free from any encumbrances and rights established in favor of third parties.3. The subject of this order is co-financed by the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 (FERC), PRIORITY II Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2 - Strengthening the national cybersecurity system. Grant agreement no FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/0405/ FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2024.5. Detailed guidelines regarding the execution of the subject of the order, constituting a description of the subject of the order, are included in the following studies: 1) Draft contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ;2) Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.6. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory.
