Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of servers, disk arrays and network switches with software.
The order was divided into two parts:
1. Purchasing servers
1.1. Purchase of servers - Type I - 10 pcs
1.2. Purchase of servers - Type II - 12 pcs
1.3. Purchase of servers - Type III - 2 pcst
1.3. Purchase of disk arrays - 3 pcs
2. Purchase of network switches
2.1 Purchase of network switches (4 pieces)
As a result of this procedure, framework agreements will be concluded (i.e. only in relation to part 1), on the basis of which implementation agreements will be concluded (grantimplementation orders) between the Ordering Party and the Contractor selected for the purpose of concluding the contract pursuant to Art. 311 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law and in accordance with the procedure specified in framework agreements, i.e. requesting the submission of offers if not all the conditions for the delivery or not all inthe conditions for selecting Contractors who are parties to the framework agreements are specified in the framework agreements.
