- The subject of the order is the provision of the following services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party: 1. Maintenance support services for the website of the Social Insurance Institution zus.pl along with the Statistical Portal and Information Bulletin Public (BIP), language website and content management subsystem (CMS) in accordance with the requirements specified in point 3 of the Description of the subject of the contract; 2. Additional services for the System in accordance with the requirements specified in point 4 of the Subject Description orders; A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (OPZ) and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (draft contract). Order completion date: 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until exhaustion of funds, including: 1. The System maintenance support service referred to in point 1 will be provided from the day following the conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from December 14, 2026 or from the day following the expiry of the currently applicable contract. for the development and maintenance of the Customer Portal and the Service Bus (ESB) within the ZUS Electronic Services Platform, depending on which event occurs first, until the end of the contract; 2. Additional services for the System referred to in point 2 will be provided throughout the entire period of providing the System maintenance support service.
