Description of the subject of the contract:
1. Reagent sets for newborns screening towards core muscle atrophy (SMA), based on PCR technique and fluorescence reading, consisting of: a set of reagents intended for identifying homozygous deletion of the exon deletion of 7 genes SMN1 and SMN2 genes enabling identification from 95-98% of patients with SMA, in the number of 27,000 reactions, including controls: positive control corresponding to the homozygous deletion of the exon 7 SMN1 gene and negative control corresponding to the sample containing the SMN1 and SMN2 genes in a ratio of at least 1: 4. The sets contain separately polymerase and reaction buffer.
2. The contractor is obliged to provide sets packed with 1,000 or 2,000 markings.
3. The reserve reserves the right to reduce the purchase of reagents (regarding all elements of the set), but not more than 20% of the total item Orders, in the event of exceeding the amount allocated to the implementation of the order or the creation of objective and justified needs, in particular to reduce the anticipated number of births.
257 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure for granting public procurement, if the funds he intended to finance to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him.
5. Meeting must be implemented in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ, planned contract provisions and other documentation tender.
