Description of the subject of the contract:
1. Species for screening of newborns in the direction of:
- diseases Pompe marking alpha activity of glucosedase (GAA);
- of Fabree's disease marking the activity of alpha galactozidase A (GLA);
- Gaucheer's disease marking the activity of glucocice-brazidase (GBA);
- type I mucopolisaupolysaccharides (MPSI)
methods of mass spectrometry of mass (MS/MS) in number 111 360 markings on micropΕitki, containing 96 holes.
Additional information: The Ordering Party allows the use of a set for newborns screening, which allows the simultaneous determination of the activity of six enzymes (ABG, ASM, GAA, GALC, GLA, IDUA) by the tandem method of mass spectrometry (MS/MS), including the designation of enzymes required in SWZ, i.e. GAA, GLA, ABG and IDUA, with the possibility of using only the results of four required enzymes
2. The reserve reserves the right to reduce the purchase of reagents, but not more than 20% of the subject of the contract in the event of exceeding the amount allocated to the implementation of the order or the creation of objective and justified circumstances, in particular, reduction of the anticipated number of births and research.
