Description:
1. The subject of the order is the completion of 66 sets of personal protective equipment intended for persons participating in the inspection and securing of the scene of an incident that may create a dangerous environment for life or health, hereinafter referred to as sets, and the distribution of the sets in the territory of the Republic of Poland to the indicated common organizational units of the prosecutor's office, hereinafter referred to as pjop, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the offer submitted by the Contractor, which will constitute Annex No. 2 to the Agreement.2. The offered sets must meet: all parameters specified in the OPZ and the submitted offer referred to in section 1, and be brand new and free from defects.3. The list of addresses of the PJOPs to which the kits will be delivered will constitute Annex No. 3 to the Agreement.4. The detailed scope of the order and requirements are specified in the Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Agreement).
