Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of PSO "MASKPOL" S.A. We invite you to submit an offer in the purchasing procedure for the supply of: 1 piece of sewing machine with assembly and commissioning in accordance with the following specifications: - sewing area: on the X axis 600-800 mm, on the Y axis 500-600mm; - heavy sewing machine; The offer (the form is an attachment to the procedure) together with the catalog card should be placed on the Purchasing Platform as an attachment to the procedure and the total value should be entered in the appropriate field. The Ordering Party does not allow offering machines other than the factory ones intended for heavy sewing. The offered price for the Subject of the Order should be entered in the appropriate place on the Platform, the offered price is the final and lump-sum price for the subject of the order (lump-sum price includes: delivery, unloading and assembly) The selection of the Supplier will be based on the following criteria: Price - 100% of weight; The Ordering Party expects the following conditions for the Subject of the Order: 1. Warranty - minimum 24 months2. Delivery, unloading and assembly - at the seller's expense3. Completion date - the Ordering Party expects delivery and completion of assembly by the 4th week of 2026. 5. Payment terms - a) Advance payment of a maximum of 40% of the order value paid within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party by the Supplier of a correctly issued advance VAT invoice, to the Supplier's bank account indicated on the VAT invoice, but not earlier than the date of delivery...
